The Dual-Option Plan allows employers to choose one of their budget-friendly Standard Plans, to be offered alongside one of their Expanded Plans, at no additional cost to the employer.
Landmark continues to provide chiropractic and/or acupuncture benefits in comprehensive packages, which can be added on the first of any month, on or off their renewal date, no matter the medical plan in place. All Landmark benefit plans offer first dollar coverage, and they always allow members to self-refer to any Landmark chiropractor.
