Important Dates at a Glance

| January 1st, 2027 | New groups can no longer be built on Ease, existing groups can still renew |
| June 30th, 2027 | Last day to migrate groups to Employee Navigator |
| July 1, 2027 | Ease becomes read-only |
Renewing Business
Dickerson as well as Employee Navigator recommend renewing your groups in Ease and then migrating the groups to Employee Navigator after open enrollment is completed. This is to ensure that all pertinent information is captured during the renewal process. Employee Navigator will be releasing a fix so that migration, then open enrollment can be conducted in Employee Navigator, but that release date is TBD.
