Liberty has seen an increase in voided contracts for Humana groups, and this may be due to recipients assuming the DocuSign emails are scams/phishing. To prevent delays and help the process run as smoothly as possible, please proactively communicate Liberty contracts are legitimately sent via DocuSign.

The DocuSign email will include a contract that the group signs and returns via DocuSign to Liberty.
