Kaiser Permanente is offering broker bonuses for new Small Group members enrolled through eligible sales channels with effective dates from February 1, 2026, through January 1, 2027. Bonuses begin at $1,000 when a broker reaches 25 new members, with additional payments available at higher cumulative enrollment thresholds. Enrolled subscribers and their dependents count toward the member total. Groups submitted through Dickerson are eligible for this program.

Each threshold qualifies for a one-time payment, issued within 90 days after the threshold is achieved. The maximum eligible payout is $17,000 per firm during the bonus period. Brokers must remain the broker of record and satisfy applicable licensing, appointment, documentation, and program requirements. Groups sold through Dickerson are eligible for this program.
