Anthem Blue Cross has announced that Stanford Health has rescinded its notice of termination. The Commercial contracts for hospitals and other entities remain in full force and effect while Anthem finalizes the multi-year renewal agreements, effective September 1, 2025 . Covered California for Small Business (CCSB) has received reports of phishing scams targeting enrollment partners. These emails attempt to trick recipients into clicking a “secure” link to verify or update personal information. Do not click any links—these messages are fraudulent. Official emails from Covered California for Small Business will always come from an @covered.ca.gov address. Before opening any message, please confirm the sender’s full email address, not just the display name. Many phishing attempts use familiar names paired with fake email addresses. Health Net's SBG Q4 2025 rates are now approved. Below are the approved Q4 2025 small group premium rates and medical/vision benefits for ACA-compliant plan policies, dental and vision. Rates are effective October 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025. Rates summary Medical: Rates will have an increase of 3.5% for HMO, 3.4% for PPO plans. Dental: No rate or plan changes at this time. Vision: No rate or plan changes at this time. Optional Chiro: All 2025 plans have the chiro rider option. The chiro rider is an additional $3.00 PMPM for all HMO and PPO plans.
