Anthem is offering enhanced rates on 6 top-selling small group (SG) dental plans for employer groups with 5–25 eligible employees. These updated rates can help you win more business starting with July 1, 2026 effective dates. These enhanced rates will make it easier for you to position and sell Anthem specialty products.

Even better. If the group also elects a vision plan, the implemented vision rates will include a 5% bundled vision discount. The quoting tool will not show bundled vision rates prior to implementation.
