Impacted brokers will receive an email communication about the withdrawal of three Dental PPO plans from Blue Shield's specialty portfolio beginning January 1, 2025. We are encouraging brokers to move their clients early to help ensure a smooth renewal.

•   Smile℠ Deluxe Gold 50/1500/Ortho/U85/NR

•   Ultimate Dental Plus PPO for Small Business 50/2000/Ortho/MAC/NR
