Anthem Blue Cross and Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital (Henry Mayo) have reached an agreement under the Commercial Contracting Hospital Agreement, and Henry Mayo will continue participating in the Anthem Blue Cross network. Blue Shield’s Q3 2026 rate book is now available and third quarter rate action is a statewide average of 3.6%. Quarterly rate action and rates including closed rate books can be found on Broker Connection. Groups with renewal dates in July, August, and September will now be accessible to brokers through the Shield Renewals system. Group-level changes can be made using the Employer Enrollment Tool.
