Health Net Disclosures Are Required with Offer of Small Group Contract

Health Net has shared a reminder of the regulatory requirement to make certain disclosures available in connection with the sales offering of a small employer health care service plan contract.
It is also to remind solicitors that before they submit a small employer Group Service Agreement to Health Net, they are required to get a signed statement from the small employer affirming that the small employer has received these disclosures.
Please note that the disclosures are found in HNCA soliciting materials such as:

• Standard Proposal
• Disclosure Form
