Landmark Health will be decreasing its rates effective 1/1/2025 for all new and renewing businesses on a Fully-Insured Employer Contributory Plans by the following group size categories:
2-24 Enrolled Employees – +15% previously announced effective 11/1/2024, will be reduced to 8.5% effective 1/1/2025
25-199 Enrolled Employees – +15% previously announced effective 11/1/2024, will be reduced to 8.5% effective 1/1/2025
200+ Enrolled Employees – Rates based on claims experience.
